Sugar Cane & Co. Lot SC40401 / 14oz Hawaii Indigo Mixed Right Twill Denim
"Lot 401" is a Sugar Cane denim made with Hawaiian indigo, which is a counterweight to the Ryukyu indigo model. The silhouette is a regular straight cut similar to the 1947 model (Lot No. SC41947). The fabric has a strong blue hue and is characterized by its uneven texture. The label is a hair-on-hide with a branded image of a turtle, which is considered a divine messenger in Hawaii, and the back pocket has hand-embroidered sashiko stitching.
SUGAR CANE FIBER DENIM
"Sugar Cane denim" is an original denim made with the brand name SUGAR CANE. The fiber called "bagasse", which remains after refining sugar, is mixed with cotton and woven into the fabric. This denim, made from recycled sugar cane, has antibacterial, deodorizing, and antistatic properties due to the amino acid effect contained in Sugar Cane.

Sugar Cane & Co. Lot HD02797 / HEADLIGHT 11oz Hickory Stripe Work Cap
In the 1950s, Headlight's "Shop Cap" was released in various fabrics such as denim, pinstripes, hickory, and duck. This model uses 11 ounce hickory stripes. The head part is an octagonal one-piece. It is designed to be pinched at the four corners and tucked into the belt. There are two chrysanthemum holes on each side for ventilation, and the included change button can be attached. The single rough chain stitch on the back of the brim is to hold the core in place, and the construction of the time is reproduced in detail.

It was rare at the time, but they produced everything from weaving to sewing in-house, which shows their commitment to their products. As the label and flasher trademark indicate, they were popular and supplied to railroad workers and engineers. This rare item is still popular among collectors today, and is revived in the present day.

Complete Series of the Reproduction "HEADLIGHT"
A Learned Carter brand that started in the early 1900s and existed until the 1960s. Unusually for the time, the company produced everything from weaving the fabric to sewing in-house, which shows the company's commitment to its products. As the labels and flasher trademarks indicate, the products were popular with and supplied to railroad workers and engineers. Even today, these rare items are highly popular among collectors and are considered difficult to obtain, and are brought back to life in the present day.
These 11oz hickory striped dungarees (work pants) were made by Headlight from the late 1940s to the 1950s. The top button on the front is a two-prong snap button, and the fly is a plain brass donut button. There are tool pockets on both thighs, which is a rare design not often seen in other companies.

This is the 1953 model, widely known as the 2nd type. Made in a transitional period when denim jacket was changed from merely one of work wears to casual wear in US masterpiece of the 1950s.

Made of the 9oz. black covert. The black colour of sewing thread make the jacket look elegant.
The tuck buttons on the body are a detail that boasts high strength that is unique to workwear. There is a hole next to the breast pocket to fasten a pocket watch chain. The pockets are made with ultra-fine double-sided welts that require advanced technology, and are lined with selvedge. There is also an inside pocket on the right chest.

A renewed version of Sugar Cane ’s early 60s denim jacket, known as the 3rd type. The pattern was carefully adjusted for the length to be about 1” longer than the previous model, SC11962, and for a better fit around the neck and shoulders. The red selvage can be seen on the reverse side of the front placket.

Work vest made from 13oz. brown duck fabric dyed with sulfur. A material that can enjoy aging, such as hitting and discoloration, just like denim fabric. The detail of each part is the same as "9oz. WABASH STRIPE WORK VEST".
The tuck button attached to the body boasts a high level of strength unique to work wear. There is a hole next to the chest pocket to fasten a pocket watch chain.
