Exchange Policy

We sincerely hope that you are happy with your purchase here at TheDenimStore.com.sg

However, for some reason you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the goods to arrange for a store credit. Store credit will issue based on the actual cost of item(s) only. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Sorry, we do not issue refund.

We will only accept products that are unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, etc. If the product is determined to be worn, stained, or altered in any way, we will return the item back to you. We reserve the rights to refuse any returns to us which do not meet these conditions.

All sales, promotional and discounted items purchased are considered Final Sale.

On the unlikely occasion that one of our products is shipped to you with a defect or damage from the manufacturer, we will gladly pay shipping both ways to replace the product. This also applies for any incorrect item that we have shipped to you. 

Store credit does not have an expiration date, and can be used toward any future purchase on our website only. Your store credit will come in the form of a coupon code, which we will send to you via e-mail for use only at TheDenimStore.com.sg

Returning Goods For Credit Note

To return your product, please mail your product to:

Please mark your item as “RETURNED ITEM” on the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over S$100, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or insured your return items. We are not responsible for any missing item during the shipping process. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
