Exchange Policy

In any case if you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to arrange for an exchange in our physical store or ship it back for an exchange. However, shipping back and forth will be bear by the customers. Sorry, we do not accept refund/return.

We will only accept products that are unworn and with all original tags intact. If the product is determined to be worn, stained, or altered in any way, we will return the item back to you. We reserve the rights to refuse any exchange which do not meet these terms and conditions.

All sales, discounted and promotional item(s) are final.

Innerwear, headwear, eyewear, footwear and leather goods are final.

Please mark your item as “RETURNED ITEM” and your placed the original invoice in the package.

If you are shipping an item over S$100, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or insured your return items. We are not responsible for any missing item during the shipping process.
