Crafted from our very first Dry denim fabric – the one and only. This 13.5 oz rigid organic cotton from the legendary Candiani Mill in Italy is part of our humble beginnings. It’s raw and honest in its potential. Ring-spun cotton gives it strength and texture, while the rich indigo dye and orange threads add bold contrast. The vertical streaks in the fabric are already visible, waiting to be brought to life through wear, and will add striking contrast to the fades to come.
The texture and hand are smooth, but the warp yarns bring a subtle unevenness that makes this denim anything but ordinary. This is denim that doesn’t just age – it evolves. | Regular fit jeans with a slim leg in a remarkable Japanese stretch selvage denim meticulously woven by the legendary Kaihara Mills in Japan. This orange-line selvage, exclusively woven for us, boasts a rigid-like texture with pronounced coarseness and a distinct 3-dimensional feel, accentuated by clear twill lines. The ring-spun warp and weft yarns offer moderate slubbiness, promising a distinct salt-and-pepper texture as the denim ages, and revealing clear twill lines in areas prone to abrasion.
Achieved through 20 rounds of dip-dyeing in pure indigo, Kaihara's darkest and most saturated hue graces the warp yarns, the most important feature of the Dry Japan Selvage. This ensures that the warp yarns ages into clear, redcast, blue hues over time while maintaining contrast and depth in areas untouched by wear. Dry Japan Selvage has demonstrated exceptional aging qualities over the years, earning its place as one of our most cherished Japanese selvage denims, now available in Grim Tim. Enjoy the journey! We recommend a minimum of 6 months of daily wear before the first wash, although longer wear enhances the unique aging process. While it may seem lengthy, it's a suggestion; your jeans will acquire character with love and wear.

Steady Eddie II Muted Tracks faithfully replicate the fades and wear marks of an original pair of worn-in Nudie Jeans. Using a precise method, every detail of the original has been captured and recreated on a new pair of jeans.
Crafted from broken twill denim, these jeans are washed to a muted mid-blue tone with a slight greenish cast with warmly tinted, sharply contrasting wear marks. The fabric has a beautiful coarseness with pronounced vertical streakiness and a textured hand. The recreated fades and wear marks deliver an undeniably authentic worn-in aesthetic.

Jeans made in dry selvage denim. This one is definitely Nudie's heritage, the 13.5 oz. Kaihara selvage that has been with them since 2001. A fabric with the potential to become the greatest looking pair of jeans you ever put on. The fabric is tightly woven and has a right-hand construction with slubby yarns. It has an orange selvage id line, a feature made exclusively for Nudie. We recommend 6 months of hard, every day, wear before the first wash, if not longer. This way you will end up with a beautiful pair of worn-in jeans. It sure is a long time, however, it's only a recommendation. As long as you give them love, the result will be great.

Everblack fabric is made to maintain its colour for as long as possible, withstanding 40, or more washes without any significant loss of colour. If you are looking for a pair of pitch-black jeans that do not fade this is the way to go.
Keen on knowing what differentiates Everblack from other black denim?
Normally, when denim is dyed part of the dye will absorb in the cotton fiber while the rest remains bound only to the surface of the yarns. This is what gives denim its aging property that in many cases is sought after. However, when it comes to black jeans this is not always the case which is why Nudie Jeans Co. developed the Everblack denim. The technical difference between Everblack and regular black denim is that it utilises a method and type of dyestuff that allows improved absorption as well as a stronger fixation. This results in denim with a significantly greater colourfastness, which does not fade with wearing and washing.
