Denime Lot 220A (OFFSET XX MODEL)

This is a thorough reproduction of the XX model manufactured by DENIME at the time of its founding. The fabric was developed jointly with Kurabo Industries based on recipes from the time.The uneven yarn ring-spun from the same rice cotton used at the time was rope-dyed with a special colour of indigo, and finished with vegetable dyeing to create a deep texture. A certain DENIME-like color has been reproduced. In addition, by scouring the rope before dyeing it with water at room temperature, the dyed areas are dark and the center white (nakajiro) remains, resulting in a sharp warp yarn. The power loom is the old-fashioned GL3 loom, so the characteristics of uneven yarn are reflected in the denim. These jeans aim to be the pinnacle of Japanese denim, combining the originality of DENIME and the inquisitive spirit of the Warehouse.
