T-shirts that look like vintage

One of the most common features of vintage T-shirts is called “Marudo”, which has no seams on the sides. This is because it was suitable for mass production without sewing the sides, and most of the T-shirts made in the U.S. at that time were of “Marudo = TUBE” specification. In order to reproduce such items from those days, the long-sleeved version is now available in the “TUBE T-shirt” series, which expresses a faded look with its round-body specifications and pigment dyeing. This item was inspired by the uniform of such a store, with a small print on the front chest and the name of the store printed in large letters on the back. The print is made with a different technique for each body color, with white being imbued with the print, black with cracked rubber, and glazed with half-rubber. 100% Cotton Made in Japan

Thanks to the 360-degree double binder stitching, this design not only adds a stylish accent but also results in a tough, durable piece that embodies the ideal BARNS OUTFITTERS spirit. This construction effectively minimizes neck stretching and distortion, common issues with T-shirts. The fabric uses 18-count OE (Open End) yarn, which contains more air within the fibers, offering excellent moisture absorption and quick-drying properties.
