T-shirts that look like vintage
One of the most common features of vintage T-shirts is called “Marudo”, which has no seams on the sides. This is because it was suitable for mass production without sewing the sides, and most of the T-shirts made in the U.S. at that time were of “Marudo = TUBE” specification. In order to reproduce such items from those days, the long-sleeved version is now available in the “TUBE T-shirt” series, which expresses a faded look with its round-body specifications and pigment dyeing. This piece is based on the uniform of a fictional flower store specializing in delivery.
The uniform of a fictional flower store specializing in delivery
Larry’s flower store, which specializes in flower delivery, is an indispensable part of the local community. The store is a local institution, and receives many orders every day, no matter what the request is. This item was inspired by the uniform of such a store, with a small print on the front chest and the name of the store printed in large letters on the back. The print is made with a different technique for each body color, with white being imbued with the print, black with cracked rubber, and glazed with half-rubber.

Buzz Rickson’s Lot BR35857 / White Chambray SS Work Shirt
The chambray shirt, adopted by the U.S. Navy, is a long-lasting utility shirt that has been issued continuously from the 1930s to the present day. This chambray shirt is a reproduction of the shirt adopted in the 1950s. While the style and specifications have changed over time, the shirts adopted from the beginning until the 1950s featured gussets on both sides of the hem, a stand collar, and a placket—the specifications of the good old days. The chambray fabric from this era has a loose tension, and repeated washing causes it to shrink, resulting in a unique texture. The white chambray is an original design by Buzz Rickson's.

This is the 60's style denim jacket, which is the most familiar design among denim jackets. It evolved from TYPE1 and TYPE 2, shedding its workwear image and becoming fully recognized as a fashion item.
Beloved by many musicians, hippies, surfers, and others during the 1960s to 1970s, it carries a strong association with that era. The denim used in this jacket is woven with original uneven yarn, evoking the atmosphere of the 1960s. It is available in two color variations: one wash and used wash.

Sun Surf Lot US15901 / Union Supply Palaka Check Shirt Blouse
The history of Hawaiian workwear, which can be considered the origin of the Aloha shirt, began when Japanese immigrants crossed the ocean and started living in Hawaii. The work they did there required durable workwear, rather than the traditional Japanese clothing they had brought from Japan. In 1922, Yasuda Kayoji, born in Japan, founded Union Supply, successfully expanding its business by providing high-quality workwear. The company's palaka check shirts and blouses, while simply made, were durable and easy to move in, quickly gaining popularity and becoming a representative style of palaka.
Complete Series of the Reproduction "UNION SUPPLY"

While primarily a clothing manufacturer, the company also acted as a distributor, importing fabrics and other materials from Japan.

Tailor Toyo Lot TT15520 / 1950s Souvenir Jacket KOSHO & CO Special Edition DRAGON & LANDSCAPE × DRAGON
In honor of the zodiac sign of 2024, the dragon, the Year of the Dragon collection is a reproduction of a dragon pattern selected from a large number of vintage skajans. This time, as a special edition, Tailor Toyo reprint the "Printed Sukajan", which was only made for a short period of time from the late 1940's to the early 1950's.
The surface is embroidered with two dragons glaring at each other with Mt. Fuji in between. The design is not filled with embroidery, but the black acetate fabric used as the base is used effectively to make the dragon drawn with delicately colored threads stand out. When we look into the materials from the time, we find that it was created by a skilled Japanese embroidery craftsman, and it has a dignified finish that makes it look like a Japanese painting. The original vintage specifications have been reproduced, including the dragon embroidery on the chest, which is larger than usual, and the three lines on the sleeves.
The reversible side has a printed Japan map pattern. Instead of printing using modern machines, printing is done by hand, in which a plate is created one color at a time, and then the plates are printed over and over again by hand. This method requires time, effort, and advanced technology, so it was not possible to print at the time. Very few. Moreover, this design, which features a map of Japan along with castles and landscapes, is especially rare among printed Skajan jackets, and it is no exaggeration to say that it is impossible to obtain on the vintage market. The dragon on the chest is drawn in a size that would be impossible to find on an embroidered Sukajan jacket, and due to its powerful design and vintage rarity, it has been reprinted as a special edition for the Year of the Dragon.
“KOSHO & CO.” SPECIAL EDITION
This special edition is a reproduction of carefully selected masterpieces from Taylor Toyo's collection with great attention to detail. In addition to the detailed designs drawn with horizontal embroidery, the acetate fabric is adjusted to create a vintage-like finish, and the wool ribs are knitted one by one using an old-fashioned flat knitting machine. For the reversible zippers, we restarted the fastening machines that were used more than 50 years ago and recreated the same hand-bending ones that were used back then. Using the label of Kosho Shokai, the predecessor of Taylor Toyo, the finish is reminiscent of the heyday of vintage skajans.

Warehouse & Co. Lot 4601 / No Print T-Shirt (White)
It is a standard body of Warehouse & Co. It is knitted with an old-fashioned low gauge knitting machine, which is said to be "rare than a hanging knitting machine". This fabric, which is knitted with the 12th uneven thread so that a unique shadow appears, is called a shadow border, and although it is plain, a slight unevenness like a horizontal row appears. Instead of a modern neckline that goes down extremely, the neckline loosens as you wear it while maintaining strength by biting the piping on the milling cutter, creating a natural downturn.
-No print T-shirt.
-Tubular knit.
-Loopwheel fabric production.
-Woven on vintage knitting machine.
-Soft texture made from Tenjiku Fabric of 12 count uneven thread.
