Made with a beautiful Japanese dry selvage comfort stretch denim that is produced by the legendary Kaihara Mills in Japan. The fabric has a redcast and an open construction that will render clear blue hues with wear. It has an orange selvage id line, a feature made exclusively for Nudie Jeans. We recommend 6 months of hard, every day, wear before the first wash, if not longer. This way you will end up with a beautiful pair of worn-in jeans. It sure is a long time, however, it’s only a recommendation. As long as you give them love, the result will be great.

Everblack fabric is made to maintain its colour for as long as possible, withstanding 40, or more washes without any significant loss of colour. If you are looking for a pair of pitch-black jeans that do not fade this is the way to go.

Normally, when denim is dyed part of the dye will absorb in the cotton fiber while the rest remains bound only to the surface of the yarns. This is what gives denim its aging property that in many cases is sought after. However, when it comes to black jeans this is not always the case which is why Nudie Jeans Co. developed the Everblack denim. The technical difference between Everblack and regular black denim is that it utilises a method and type of dyestuff that allows improved absorption as well as a stronger fixation. This results in denim with a significantly greater colourfastness, which does not fade with wearing and washing.

Crafted from deep-tone broken twill stretch denim, these jeans are washed to a rich, greenish indigo tone with slightly warmly tinted, sharply contrasting wear marks. Crafted from 13 oz rigid organic cotton denim with grey threads on all seams and copper trims, this fabric delivers a very clean look with grey-matching threads. Subtle wear marks and tonal shifts add depth and character, while the copper trims break up the monotony by adding a touch of warmth. The white weft brings out sharp highlights and irregularities in both warp and weft create a cross-hatch pattern throughout the fabric, most prevalent in the more faded areas. The streakiness is more pronounced in the vertical warp yarns and perfectly blends with the elegant wear marks.
This fabric is visually soft and pleasant but carries a textured hand with just the right amount of coarseness. This is a beautiful pair of jeans with an airy yet robust drape.
