In the 1950s, Headlight's "Shop Cap" was released in various fabrics such as denim, pinstripes, hickory, and duck. This model uses 11 ounce hickory stripes. The head part is an octagonal one-piece. It is designed to be pinched at the four corners and tucked into the belt. There are two chrysanthemum holes on each side for ventilation, and the included change button can be attached. The single rough chain stitch on the back of the brim is to hold the core in place, and the construction of the time is reproduced in detail.

Denime Lot 301 / Strong Denim Baseball Cap
This baseball cap is made of original denim woven with Kurabo's uneven yarn. This cap has 19 stitches on the brim, making it the most carefully made "baseball cap" in Japan. The careful work is revealed as the denim fades. The stitches, which look like garden stones, are the charm of Japanese work. The rough texture you feel every time you grab the brim is something you can't experience with other baseball caps. The origin dates back to the 1930s. At the factory that has been manufacturing baseball caps since the founding of professional baseball teams, the fabric used at the time was thick like high-end men's clothing, and there was a time when leather was sandwiched under the brim to prevent it from losing its shape, so this number of stitches was necessary to "hold it down." We ask factories that still use this manufacturing method to make our denim caps.

Based on a vintage trucker cap from the 1970s with a flat brim and an angular silhouette, the sewing is using 1970s SINGER.
It is made of 100% cotton military camouflage fabric and has a pattern development.
The size is FREE SIZE and can be adjusted with the American adjuster in the back centre. (Can be worn without stress by people up to 56 cm-61 cm).

"Garrison Belt" that SugarCane has been making as a standard for over 20 years. The leather used is tanned with carefully selected North American cowhide extracted from mimosa bark over a period of more than a month, and the dyeing is finished with an aniline dye that makes the best use of the original texture of the leather.

Denime Lot 302 / ” The Denime” News Paper Bag
This is the so-called "newspaper bag" that was used by American newspaper carriers from the end of the 19th century as a bag for delivery, sales, and advertising. It had a flap to protect the newspaper from the elements, and when the flap was tucked inside, the name of the newspaper printed on the side could be advertised. DENIME has updated this style based on the bag, adding not only a shoulder strap but also a pull tab so that it can be used in two ways.
