Denime Lot 301 / Strong Denim Baseball Cap
This baseball cap is made of original denim woven with Kurabo's uneven yarn. This cap has 19 stitches on the brim, making it the most carefully made "baseball cap" in Japan. The careful work is revealed as the denim fades. The stitches, which look like garden stones, are the charm of Japanese work. The rough texture you feel every time you grab the brim is something you can't experience with other baseball caps. The origin dates back to the 1930s. At the factory that has been manufacturing baseball caps since the founding of professional baseball teams, the fabric used at the time was thick like high-end men's clothing, and there was a time when leather was sandwiched under the brim to prevent it from losing its shape, so this number of stitches was necessary to "hold it down." We ask factories that still use this manufacturing method to make our denim caps.

This hat is based on a 6-panel golf cap.
The crown is perfectly rounded, creating a comfortable fit.
The body is made of vintage-processed Ninelon fabric, adding a sheen and luster.
The front panel features a luxurious design with an embroidered logo. Based on
the concept of this hat, a font reminiscent of a souvenir store in "New York" from the 1990s is used, with "THWD SUPERIOR HAT MAKER" embroidered on the front and "THE HWDOG&CO." embroidered on the back.
The one-size-fits-all design fits comfortably on people between 57cm and 60cm tall, and the size can be adjusted using the matching fabric belt and buckle at the back.

These jeans are a reproduction of the tapered jeans of the 1960s. The rise is slightly higher, giving them more room around the waist and a slightly tapered silhouette. The length is also shorter to suit Japanese wearers, so you can wear them without cutting the hems. The fabric is 12oz denim with a 7 count warp and 10 count weft.
