Black yarn is used in the warp and weft to create a darker, deeper black denim. The weft yarns are made thinner and the fabric is finished in rigid (unwashed) to achieve a sophisticated feel. In addition, we have reduced the disadvantages of the rigid (unwashed) finish by processing to suppress shrinkage to the limit after washing.
#100 is a straight-fit model with an orthodox thickness. Crafted with a base featuring moderately thick thighs, this refined basic silhouette is enhanced with a gentle tapering below the knees. The slightly deeper rise ensures a snug and secures fit around the waist offering comfort.

Normally, when denim is dyed part of the dye will absorb in the cotton fiber while the rest remains bound only to the surface of the yarns. This is what gives denim its aging property that in many cases is sought after. However, when it comes to black jeans this is not always the case which is why Nudie Jeans Co. developed the Everblack denim. The technical difference between Everblack and regular black denim is that it utilises a method and type of dyestuff that allows improved absorption as well as a stronger fixation.
