Fabric
Made with 65% Memphis cotton from the USA (fiber length 27.8mm), known for its distinctive firmness and supple texture, and 35% Zimbabwe cotton (fiber length 28.6mm), which balances softness and strength. The fabric gradually softens and conforms to the body with wear.
Dyeing
Made using 100% pure indigo and traditional rope dyeing techniques. Although the surface of the thread is dyed blue, the core of the thread is not dyed. This “white core” contrast creates a beautiful aging effect as the garment is worn. Reproduces the classic medium-dark color that has been loved since the 1950s.
Weaving
Woven on a uniquely modified 1950s “Sakamoto shuttle loom” capable of firmly interlacing heavy yarn. The warp is woven under extremely low tension, achieving a characteristic rough texture that defines the aging process. The result embodies the skill and passion of craftsmen from the Sanbi region.

The Omoto Denim 15oz Ori-Sashi Sashiko Loose Fit Pants are crafted from a double-woven sashiko fabric that combines impressive durability with a surprisingly soft, broken-in feel.
Designed with a high rise and generous top block, the relaxed silhouette offers plenty of room through the seat and thigh before narrowing slightly toward the hem. The result is a comfortable, easy-wearing shape with a refined touch.
Sashiko trousers are rarely found in this kind of construction, and Omoto brings together the rugged texture of traditional sashiko with a more relaxed, tailored aesthetic. At 15oz, the fabric has substantial weight and structure while retaining a softness that makes these pants comfortable from the start.

Nudie Jeans Co. Steady Eddie II Dry Selvage
Jeans made in dry selvage denim. This one is definitely Nudie's heritage, the 13.5 oz. Kaihara selvage that has been with them since 2001. A fabric with the potential to become the greatest looking pair of jeans you ever put on. The fabric is tightly woven and has a right-hand construction with slubby yarns. It has an orange selvage id line, a feature made exclusively for Nudie. We recommend 6 months of hard, every day, wear before the first wash, if not longer. This way you will end up with a beautiful pair of worn-in jeans. It sure is a long time, however, it's only a recommendation. As long as you give them love, the result will be great.

Nudie Jeans Co. Lean Dean Dry 16 Dips
Jeans with a slim tapered fit made in organic comfort stretch denim. It tapers evenly from the hip down to the ankle, an aspect that has made Lean Dean one of the most popular fits.
Jeans made in comfort stretch denim. Like the name implies, this dry, deep blue, option has been through 16 indigo dips. Unlike other stretch denim, these are not rinsed, so they are stiffer, and will shrink a bit more. Account for inseam shrinkage of 2% and 4.5-6% in width. Thus, sizing down is not recommended.
