Design & Functionality
JAPAN BLUE JEANS takes pride in its craftsmanship, born in Kojima, the denim capital. Each pair is made in Japan, ensuring top-tier quality from fabric to finish. The curved waistband provides a comfortable, snug fit around the waist, offering enhanced comfort compared to traditional straight belts.
STRAIGHT
A plain silhouette with a classic straight-leg fit. The design slightly tapers from the thigh to the hem for a clean look. This timeless design ensures that the jeans will be loved for years to come.
14.8oz Hard Denim Selvedge
One of JAPAN BLUE JEANS' flagship fabrics, first used at the brand’s inception. The yarn is spun more tightly to increase strength, creating a fabric with pronounced irregularities. The extreme thread count helps the fabric maintain its durability, creating a "denim that ages" beautifully. It has a dry texture and a vintage-like appearance.
Aging Wash
The denim features a pronounced contrast with well-crafted whiskers and fades, preserving the hard feel of the fabric. A special dyeing process adds depth to the fabric, creating a vintage look that would not be achievable with traditional processing alone. Despite complex processing, the denim retains its firmness, allowing for further fading over time.
