This is a standard item produced with the unique production background of BARNS OUTFITTERS, including a small-sized knitting machine for knitting heavyweight fabrics and flat seamer sewing using U.S. sewing machines. The “COZUN” series, which began with the development of a fabric that could withstand flat seaming without overlapping the fabric, is a piece that can be used for a long time with affection as the fabric becomes familiar to the body.
Cozun knitting method utilizes a small-size knitting machine modeled after the traditional loopwheel machines used during the Taisho-era (1912-1926). This machine operates at a much more moderate speed and at a far lower degree of tension compared to its modern counterparts. This is a truly premium knitting machine, of which only a few exist in the world, which we use to create our supremely soft knit garments.

Although the thick yarn gives a rugged look, it still feels soft against the skin.

cotton sheeting Ugandan cotton is characterised by its elasticity, which is grown with the blessings of the Nile River. The fiber length, which is generally called medium-long cotton to long cotton, is also characterised by its firmness due to the cultivation of fully ripened cotton.
In "DENIME", by spinning No. 14 empty yarn and knitting it using a sinker machine, we were able to create a resilient cotton sheeting fabric while retaining the original elasticity of cotton.

It is a standard body of Warehouse & Co. It is knitted with an old-fashioned low gauge knitting machine, which is said to be "rare than a hanging knitting machine". This fabric, which is knitted with the 12th uneven thread so that a unique shadow appears, is called a shadow border, and although it is plain, a slight unevenness like a horizontal row appears. Instead of a modern neckline that goes down extremely, the neckline loosens as you wear it while maintaining strength by biting the piping on the milling cutter, creating a natural downturn.
