While it was a standard method dictated by the machinery of the time, today it has become a coveted detail for vintage enthusiasts. They have purposefully chosen this labor-intensive single-stitch method, paired with authentic shoulder-to-shoulder "tako-binder" (neck tape) reinforcement, to recreate the exact feel of a vintage find.
The hem features a printed label inspired by military contract numbers, adding to its utilitarian soul.
For the finish, they used Pigment prints on Oatmeal and Half-rubber prints on Black and Olive to ensure each color reflects its true heritage.
