Sugar Cane & Co. Lot SC15650 / 14.25oz Black Denim Jacket 1953 Model
This is a 1953 model, a transitional period when denim jackets were changing from workwear to casual wear. It is commonly known as the 2nd. This classic piece, which represents the 1950s, is made from original black denim, with black warp threads and off-white weft threads. It is woven with uneven warp threads of #7 and weft threads of #6, and is a 14.25 oz selvedge denim, with white and red edges. The black is dyed using sulfur dye, which fades deeply over time with wear.

Sugar Cane & Co. Lot SC15659 / 9oz Black Covert Work Coat
This work coat is made from 9 oz black covert fabric. It is a post-World War II store brand work coat that is simple yet has vintage details such as a snap pocket. This model is from before the collar stand was omitted, and it has a flap pocket on the right chest and a 3-in-1 pocket on the left chest. The large waist pocket has a patch, and there is also an inner pocket on the right chest. The shoulders, sides, and armholes are sewn with triple needle roll stitching for a sturdy construction.

This work vest is made from the same 11-ounce blue denim as our work coats and work pants. It can be worn as part of a three-piece set, and the selvedge can be seen in the fabric of the welt pockets. The back panel is made from the same denim fabric as our long-standing classic "Wabash Stripe Work Vest," and it comes with an adjustable back strap.

This is a 1953 model from the transitional period when denim jackets were changing from workwear to casual wear. It is commonly known as the 2nd. This classic piece that represents the 1950s is finished in original white denim with white warp threads and off-white weft threads. It is a 13-ounce selvedge denim woven on an old-fashioned shuttle loom with uneven yarns of 7 warp and 7 weft, and the red selvedge can be seen on both sides.

Sugar Cane & Co. Lot SC28652 / Coke Stripe LS Work Shirt – Beige
This is a reproduction of the "Coke stripe" work shirt that was used as a uniform by a major American beverage manufacturer in the 1950s and 1960s. It features a tough fabric that can withstand the transportation of heavy bottles. The herringbone twill fabric was woven on an old-fashioned power loom by analyzing deadstock (vintage found in brand new condition) owned by Sugar Cane. New colors navy and green are also available from this season. The clean
design without a collar stand or placket goes well with the striped pattern. The top of the flap of the left chest pocket is equipped with a throttle for a pen, and there is an additional pen pocket inside the pocket. The back yoke and cuffs are gathered instead of tucked. The side slits are made of a power cloth with selvedge, making it sturdy.
