Denime Lot 224-66B / 66 Model Black Denim

By rope-dyeing the warp threads, which are originally indigo, with sulfur dyes, we have achieved “vertical fading black denim,” which was not available in the 1980s. It is woven on the same GL3 loom as the XX series. The sewing specifications are taken from the “66 model” of the 1970s, and the silhouette also has an authentic line of the same era.

■ XX SERIES
“Vintage Banner” is made from denim rolls made in the 1920s and 1930s. The “XX” series is a project in which uncut threads are taken from the denim rolls, and brown cotton is added to the American cotton used at the time based on Kurabo’s analysis, and the shape of the uneven threads is faithfully reproduced and woven. XX denim is used to develop symbolic vintage setups of each era.
