NORTH WORKS × BARNS OUTFITTERS special collaboration items

The city of Fussa in Tokyo, about 40 km from the center of the city, has a somewhat American atmosphere, partly due to the Yokota Air Base. NORTH WORKS is a workshop and atelier in a renovated U.S. military house, where they continue to create products with unchanging value based on basic designs. Each item is made by hand, so each piece has a slightly different face, which becomes the flavor of the item. The 2025 Spring/Summer collection features a special collaboration Native American jewelry series, commissioned by BARNS OUTFITTERS as a tribute to the various Native American tribes and silversmiths that have been central to the brand since its early days. An original stamped design pendant top combined with turquoise makes its debut.

Turquoise and Original Stamp Work

The stamped design radiating around the turquoise is an original pattern that envisions the turquoise as the sun and the stamp work as its rays of light. The sun symbolizes strong power and healing, with the morning sunlight believed to hold the greatest strength. It is said that only good things come from the east, where the morning sun rises.
