The fabric is lighter and softer compared to how it was in the past to suit daily casual wear.
JBJ's indigo sashiko fabric is rope dyed as same as denim, so it will get fades.

Nudie Jeans Co. Robby 70’s Sand
Here’s a slightly updated version of Robby, regular fit jeans jacket. The flaps covering the chest pockets got smoother, rounded edges, and we made the collar points longer. These minor changes go perfectly with this Japanese twill: it’s stiff, clear texture and the 50/50 ratio of organic cotton and recycled polyester. Nudie Jeans call it hue sand, but it has more the look of wet sand.

Orslow 6002 Type 2 1950’s 13.5oz Selvedge Denim Jacket (2 Year Wash)
The TYPE2 DENIM JACKET, said to have been born in the 1950s, retains the pleats on the front, reminiscent of the TYPE1, but now features two front pockets. The back belt has been eliminated, and an adjuster has been added to the hem belt section, resulting in a modified silhouette. This transformation elevated it from a workwear garment to a Western wear and fashion item. It was a popular choice worn by actors and musicians who were active during the 1950s to 1960s.
Orslow's 50'S DENIM JACKET is produced using carefully selected original selvedge denim, starting from the thread stage. The fabric, woven with yarn that exhibits the natural irregularities seen in denim from the 1950s, evolves with wear and repeated washing, becoming a cherished item that develops a unique patina over time.

Orslow 6005 Type 3 1960’s 13.5oz Selvedge Denim Jacket (Used Wash)
This is the 60's style denim jacket, which is the most familiar design among denim jackets. It evolved from TYPE1 and TYPE 2, shedding its workwear image and becoming fully recognized as a fashion item.
Beloved by many musicians, hippies, surfers, and others during the 1960s to 1970s, it carries a strong association with that era. The denim used in this jacket is woven with original uneven yarn, evoking the atmosphere of the 1960s. It is available in two color variations: one wash and used wash.

Orslow 6011 Type 1 40’s 13.5oz Selvedge Denim Pleated Blouse (Denim Used)
In the 1940s, denim jackets were not yet called "jean jackets" and were referred to as "pleated blouses" due to the inclusion of pleats. The design of front pleats reflects a remnant from the 1800s. Fabrics that were not treated with anti-shrinkage processing after weaving would often shrink vertically. During the 1800s, it is said that garments were sewn using the fabric's horizontal direction, allowing the pleats to be undone after washing to widen the garment's width.
Even after transitioning to using fabric in the vertical direction, the design of front pleats has persisted and been inherited as a feature in modern times. Denim from the 1940s tended to have longer vertical variations compared to later denim. This difference in appearance could be attributed to whether the cotton used for the fabric was hand-picked or machine-harvested, but the exact cause is uncertain. Denim from the 1940s and the 1950s exhibit distinct variations in their appearances.
Orslow 6011 utilizes original denim with longer vertical variations compared to other materials. The back design features a T-back style for size 3 and above. This design appears to have been conceived during a time when resources were precious and efficiently utilizing larger fabric sizes was essential.

A renewed version of Sugar Cane ’s early 60s denim jacket, known as the 3rd type. The pattern was carefully adjusted for the length to be about 1” longer than the previous model, SC11962, and for a better fit around the neck and shoulders. The red selvage can be seen on the reverse side of the front placket.

SugarCane & Co. Lot No. SC15290 / 11oz. Cotton Pique Jacket 1953 Model (Asst. Colours)
From the late 1950s, various manufacturers started releasing colored jackets and pants. The main materials used were denim, satin, and pique, which played a role in the transition from workwear to casual wear. This time, Sugar Cane has replaced the standard 1953 model (2nd type) with 11oz. cotton pique. Most of the coloured jackets are usually based on the 1962 model (3rd type), so they look very fresh and go well with blue denim bottoms.
Details:
The front has action pleats and box stitching. Uses nickel-colored iron buttons. A size tag is inserted at the top of the leather patch. The open ends of the cuffs are reinforced with rivets.

SugarCane Lot No. SC14602 / 13oz. Brown Duck Jacket 1953 Model
A 1953 model during the transition period when denim jackets changed from work wear to casual wear. Commonly known as 2nd. The masterpiece representing the 1950s is tailored with brown duck fabric.
Cotton brown duck has been used for work wear since 1850, and has been used for work wear for a long time, rather than denim. It is a thick plain weave fabric and has a wide range of uses, including sails for ships, bags and tents. Like vintage-based denim, it is woven with a narrow power loom (shuttle loom), so it has selvedge. In addition, the brown dyeing is done with sulfur dyes instead of the currently mainstream reactive dyes. Therefore, you can enjoy aging like denim.

Warehouse & Co. Lot 2001XX 1st Type Selvedge Denim Jacket (Unsanforised, Non-Wash)
It is Lot 2001XX which is the most basic G jacket of the Warehouse.
Using the same denim as Lot 1001, it is a type that continues to produce while repeating minor changes. This specification follows the details of the late model as the "first model" G jacket. The position of the box-shaped pleats and the shape of the buckle on the buckle back are some of the features, but you can't miss the orange and yellow stitches that run parallel to each other, and the sleeves are made of a single piece of fabric and have no joints.
